Digitally restored postcard featuring the Blue Bonnet Food Shop at 810 East Front Street in Traverse City from 1952. The Blue Bonnet was "opposite the Shuffleboard and Games Club".
The back of the card reads, "Southern Home Cooked Steak, Chicken, Fish & Chop Suey Dinners Prepared by Expert Women Cooks. Recommended by Duncan Hines. E. D. Frycklund Proprietor".
Note: the name of the proprietor was scratched out and “Ralph and Sally Wolff” written in. Some research shows the Blue Bonnet was purchased by the Wolffs in 1953.
