I will confess right now: I'm not really a winter photographer. Juggling boots and mittens and lens and cameras requires a level of coordination that I sorely lack. BUT...! I've been waiting for temperatures to dip far enough to try photographing freezing bubbles. You really have to work fast (which ain't easy in mittens) But wow! what beauty! It was amazing!
