ABOUT ME:
Born and raised a Hoosier (Go, Boilermakers!), I recently moved to beautiful Traverse City, Michigan. It is such a joy to look out my window and now see something other than corn fields. A former newspaper editor (having earned 13 Hoosier Associated Press Better Newspaper Awards) and marketing relations director, I have moonlighted as a freelance photojournalist and graphic artist for more than 20 years. I love people, and yet much of my work is done online for clients around the globe whom I've never met. Two of my fine art photographs hang in the American Art Initiative Collection at the Fort Wayne Museum of Art. I was also named a 2010 Hoosier Women Artist by Indiana Lt. Governor Becky Skillman. My incredibly patient husband and I have been married 32 years. We have two wonderful sons and one equally wonderful daughter-in-law. My dear sweet mother and a grouchy Cocker Spaniel (please do not confuse the two) live with us.
